Jim Barnes is a GREAT AMERICAN!

I was represented by Jim and could not have been in better hands. He is not only a great advocate he is also a great listener. He was patient with my myriad questions and answered them thoroughly and promptly. I am very grateful for his service.

Highly recommend Mr. Barnes

Mr Barnes helped us in so many ways he answered all our questions even gave us his private number. We didn’t have a lot of money but he worked with us. he is down to earth he will explain everything to you. Well guess what the next call we got from him was amazing charges are dropped never even wen...t to court or Trial no probation . I would highly recommend Mr Barnes to everyone.

Bringing families back together after u have been wrongfully accused of violating the law.

Violation of probation, I was not ok with how my probation officer lied to the judge indicating she never spoke with me about me violating my probation afterwards we immediately hired Mr.Barnes their was no doubt in our mind that he couldn’t get me back home with reinstatement of probation but no ma...tter what I knew it was left up too the judge , as James Barnes and my family spoke he always would give them comforting messages to let them know he knows it’s hard with me being incarcerated he understands the set back their going threw . It pleased me to know I have a lawyer that doesn’t treat me as a criminal so yes moving forward to my court date I was on pins and needles until the judge said he take in consideration what was stated by my attorney and asked prosecutor do they have a objection to Mr.Barnes statement which they did of course then asked me to raise my right hand believe it or not I really thought prison was going to be imposed and they were going to have a new inmate this was my thoughts. However I was represented by a man who articulated my defense I got a CTS which means credit for time served and the judge terminated my probation as well . My family and I are well pleased on hiring Mr. Barnes . I would recommend Mr.Barnes to those who need to be defended to the 10 power. I am home with my family because of him getting me a bond hearing within 15 days of incarceration . Fast and great friendly service for in and out of jail clients.. all I can say is he is the terminator......

Professional and a good listener

I recently hired James Barnes. I must say it was one of the best decisions I've made. Mr. Barnes was professional, knowledgable, and impressive. I absolutely recommend his firm to anyone that needs skilled legal representation, and hope during a difficult time.
