State Attorney, consider yourself warned

Barnes shakes trees and rattles cages and remains cool calm and Collective! I was going up for a mandatory minimum of 14 months. His sharp appearance and sharp mind amazingly not only had my felony charge dropped but I was off of drug court and 3 year felony probation by the end of the day. He isn't... just paperwork and textbook guidelines,he gets in the courtroom and the stage lights come on. He is like watching a courtroom Symphony. Smooth-talking and on his toes, he demanded the attention of the courtroom. Drug court seems to have its own laws. The whole court is a team and is one-sided. If State Attorney wants blood, it's apparent the judge gives it to her. I have seen too many people go to prison 4 reasons that are unjust. The State Attorney stood no chance against Barnes he demanded reasoning and he wanted answers. I would imagine the judge new that Barnes would take this is far as he had to. He definitely gives that impression to you and to the courtroom. Charm weaponized, truly it felt like something out of a John Grisham novel. I am so amazed and grateful for what Barnes did for me. It is worth everything to know that your attorney is there for you and is truly fighting for you instead of trying to make his wallet fat. With Barnes, all uncertainties about lawyers go out the window. You can feel safe and rest assured that you have the right man in your corner! Thank you counselor! BEST LAWYER EVER!!!!!

I normally do not leave ratings. But James barnes is hands down worth my time to leave a review. I have used James barnes a my criminal attorney since 2009. I had a very confusing case when I first hired him. I had a vop and a bunch of new law felony charges! I felt like I was going to be in jail for... a long time. I hired mr. Barnes after sitting in jail 2 weeks due to a felony vop. 2 days after I hired him he got me out of jail! I have recently had to hire him again on another vop and new law charges. I would never think of hiring anyone else. I trust James barnes he has always been attentive to my needs. And I know I get on his nerves texting him everyday worried about my case! And not once have I ever not been able to get a quik response directly from James barnes himself! He has always been honest,concerned,and helpful. I know when hiring him that he will do everything in his power to help me. Every case is different and he is only human he will Definitely do all he can to help. Every case unfortunately does not end perfect or without consequences. But mr. Barnes will definitely come out with a lesser consequence at the end of your case! Thank you James barnes I love you. You have become a part of my family! I will always recommend you to any one in need of a criminal offense attorney! You deserve 1,000 stars!

A Grateful Mother

I hired Mr. Barnes to represent my son on a VOP and new charge after a close family friend recommended him. I thank God every day she did. Because of the seriousness of the potential consequences, my son had a lot at stake. Mr. Barnes really listened to what I had to say and genuinely wanted to try t...o help my son. I cannot express how that made me feel as a mother. He was upfront and honest with me and walked me through the whole process step by step. Mr. Barnes actually cared about my sons best interest and went above and beyond for the well being of my son. Mr. Barnes worked hard to resolve my sons case, saving him from a possible jail/prison sentence which is what my son was facing. The care and support we received from Mr. Barnes was immense. My son is home and because of Mr. Barnes we can now get back to our lives. My gratefulness to Mr. Barnes can not be measured. I cannot thank him enough.
