Felony VOP / Trafficking Charges

James Barnes represented my sister in a number of different cases she was facing. He was always available to speak with us at night, weekends, and last minute situations. James was always prepared, on time, and attended every appearance. My sister faced many obstacles that James was always there ...to assure her on. I would recommend James Barnes hands down. James came out on top for my family and we greatly appreciate how he treated us like we were his only clients.

Felony Child Abuse Defense

Jim is a great attorney. He stays on top of all of cases and will even deal with you personally on his cell phone. Jim handled my felony assault and felony child abuse case, in which I could have gotten a max sentence of 30 years.. I did less than 1year community control and a few years probation.. I...f I ever have need of an attorney again Jim will most definitely be my lawyer.
