Heather Brooke Quick

also known as Heather B. Quick

About me

Heather Brooke Quick is the founder and CEO of the only divorce and family law firm for women in Northeast Florida, The Quick Law Group, located in Jacksonville, Florida. Heather graduated with honors from the Stetson College of Law in 2001 and thereafter was a prosecuting attorney.  Her vision for The Quick Law Group began with a passion for changing the way women in Florida undergo divorce. When women go through divorce, they are affected emotionally, psychologically, spiritually and financially. During this process, it is important to focus on all of those areas.  The Quick Law Group recognizes this need and provides clients access to resources to empower them to accomplish all they are capable of by realizing their true potential.

Heather is a member of the American Bar Association, St. John’s Bar Association and Jacksonville Bar Association; Chair of the Judicial Relations Committee.  She is in the second term of a three year appointment to the Family Law Rules Committee for the Florida Bar.  Heather has authored three books: Women’s Guide to Divorce in Florida, Is Divorce Right for You? and Women’s Guide to Becoming A Successful Entrepreneur.  She’s featured in Jacksonville Magazine’s Best Lawyers edition as well as rated AV Distinguished® by Martindale Hubbell and Superb by AVVO.   Heather is the recipient of a 2015 Silver Stevie® Award in the Women Helping Women category and Female Entrepreneur of the Year category in the 12th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.  She sits on the board for the Ponte Vedra YMCA along with Her Song and is an active PTO participant at the schools her children attend in Ponte Vedra.

A Jacksonville native, Heather and her husband reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida with their three children and two dogs.
