My experience with this attorney was quite unfortunate. In good faith, I engaged her quickly and funded a retainer to begin handling my case. I thought that hiring a small law firm would result in tenacious representation. It's obvious that she's distracted and overworked. The only tenacious thing about her is her collection efforts. I found other, more competent representation. It's unprofessional to discuss personal divorce issues and things of that nature. Again, it's obvious that she's distracted by her personal life. What a shame and waste of my hard-earned time & money.

Ann and her team have helped my companies in many different ways. She provides expert healthcare, HIPAA, and regulatory legal advice in a rapidly changing environment. Ann is unique, she cares about spending legal budgets in the right areas to mitigate risk and add enterprise value for her clients.

First time dealing with a lawyer for the purpose in mind. Selected this lawyer based on reviews here and because of her purported expertise in health-care. I would have loved to have had the same experience with this lawyer as other reviewers. Perhaps there was more money at stake with the other reviewers and hence more dedication from Ms. Bittinger.
Either way, for my case, Ms. Bittinger was quick to reply with email. She didn't keep me informed. Felt that I needed to prod her along to get answers and things done. The only thing she didn't need any urging was her fees. They were always timely.
With regard to knowledge, cannot really comment. Conversations were very short. No explanations given. Of course, the fact the high rate of billing discouraged questions from me.
Overall, very disappointed. Wasted a good chunk of money for this lesson.

I endorse Ann. Her many positives include: intelligence, responsiveness & creativity, all while being practical. Ann has significant experience in representing Physicians & their entities. When I have a Florida matter, she is the first attorney I think of referring my clients to.
