WIthout A Doubt... The BEST!!!

We were being investigated by the Attorney General. Served with a Subpeona consisting of a plethora of pages. I contacted several law offices. One law office wanted $750 just to review the subpeona, another wanted a $2,500 retainer to review it. Two legitamite law firms reviewed it for free. I w...as however very impressed how easily accessable Kate was and paralegal. There was no hoopla, everything was straight to the point. The retainer was $2,000 and she worked very hard to ideally finish the case under it. Most lawyers would of nickel and dimed every second and I would of been out of luck. She was there to comfort me during the deposition and everything went very well thanks for her help. You need a lawyer, Kate is the one for you!

Amazing

Ms. Mesic represented me just recently on a case I have been fighting for years. She was one of 10 attorneys I was speaking too. Out of all of the top 10 she was the best and exactly what I was looking for. Kind, patient, understanding, amazing communication skills, and most importantly she listened ...to what I said and what I wanted. She forms a plan and follows it through. Professionalism at it's best in a field full of cons, she is a bright light. Thank you.

When legal skills just aren't enough

I was passed Attorney Mesic's name by a mutual business colleague. I was involved in a dispute with three brothers who owned the property I rented and who, unbeknownst to me had been feuding between themselves primarily over this property for years. In addition to her expertness at negotiating the le...gal landscape, she used her terrific interpersonal skills and her ability to work collaboratively with opposing counsel in a difficult situation to resolve this matter. What I most appreciated was that she recognized that I just didn't want to deal with these jokers or their agent anymore and so she completely took it over, while keeping me informed. I think she saved me $10,000.

Highly Recomended Attorney

I retained Ms. Mesic to advise and ultimately represent me on a civil matter. I have never needed the services of a lawyer and was terrified at the prospect. She impressed me with her deep knowledge in the field, her genuine interest and compassion in my case and her professionalism during consultati...on and representation. Her staff is top notch, very welcoming and thorough. Through Ms. Mesic's efforts my case was settled better than I could have ever expected. If you are looking for a professional, motivated attorney who cares about your case, she is the one !

My daughter and I hired Mrs. Mesic for my son. He had prior drug arrests, a DUI, and several violation of probation. He was facing maximum time of 8 years and at the age of 21! She was very compassionate and she came up with a game plan right away! She stayed in constant contact with myself and my d...aughter via phone and email. Her staff was very quick with response to keep us updated on court dates, etc. she ultimately got his time reduced to 8 months, and kept him out of prison! I am forever thankful for what she has done, and I highly recommend her!
