Jacqueline Clay helped me sell my mother's condo after her passing. We had a buyer almost immediately who wanted to pay cash and close ASAP. Jacqueline quickly started the process. There were many documents and emails going back and forth between Jacqueline, the buyer, and myself as my mother's condo... was in a trust. The buyer and I had an agreement over the phone, and Jacqueline made sure we did it legally and kept us on track as neither the buyer nor I really knew what was required for closing. My goal was to never have Ansbacher waiting on me for a response; and Ansbacher seemed to have the same goal! I was also able to do everything online, and since I live in another state, that was really helpful. The signing of the closing papers was also set up separately between the parties, which accommodated everyone's schedule. Overall, Ansbacher made a difficult time in my life much easier. Thank you!

I was totally surprised at how much info was shared by the hosts. I have been through many training seminars for work that are filled with fluff and could have been paired down to save some time. Your webinar was jam packed with relevant and useful information and guidelines. I expect to retake this ...as a refresher and to listen/learn from other participants Q&A.
