Great Experience

I had previously met with two other immigration attorneys, but didn't get a good vibe from either of them. But from my initial meeting with Mr. Cavanaugh I could tell he was an easygoing, genuine person. The entire staff is great, from Rossana at the front desk to the other attorneys and paralegals... at the firm. They were always quick to answer questions and did everything possible to make sure everything was in order. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and would recommend anyone looking for an immigration attorney to his firm.

Best Immigration Law Firm in WPB + 5 more starts

Words alone do not do this Immigration Law firm any justice, if you were on the fence, let me make it easy for you. William and his team, especially, Rossana, are the right fit for whatever immigration needs you have. In expensive for the services provided. My naturalization case, in my eyes, was not... possible but the minute I talked to William, I knew my prayers had been answered. Don't waste your time with other lawyers, William will get it done. Rossana is a angel sent from heaven, always a calming voice to my fears, didn't matter if I spoke to William or not she is always on point. Melissa, yes I took a selfie at the ceremony lol. Also be patient immigration is not a 2 minute microwave process-Naturalized Citizen

Efficient and knowledgeable immigration lawyer

I could highly recommend Mr Cavanaugh if you are looking for help regarding immigration matters. After meeting with a few lawyers in the same field I selected Mr Cavanaugh and his team to guide us through the application process for the E-1 Treaty Trader Visa. Everything was handled in a professi...onal and efficient manner. I have no regrets about my choice of lawyer decision and plan to use his services again if needed in the future.

Extremely happy with Mr. Cavanaugh

Had a very tough case, my resident card get revoked. However, this gentlemen did a GREAT job to solve all the issues I had. I'm a lawful resident for almost a year now, and I definitely will hire him when I will apply for my citizenship.

I GOT MY GREEN CARD!!!

Folks, Thanks to God Almighty, i have got my GREEN CARD! It took the Law office of Cavanaugh less than 2 years to end my immigration misery of 9 to 13 years! Success doesn't always come cheap to everyone, nor by skill or knowledge to many, rather success is the breakthrough that comes as a result of ...input from success driven support system!. Such was my own case with the Law office of William Cavanaugh. i was initially sponsored by an employer as a nurse, some of you will understand what that means; poor employment package, hard labor with zero recognition, etc! Somehow, that EB3 application was blocked for many years, hence i became emotionally drained as i was missing my family back home, because i had no appropriate residency status i wasn't able to pursue career advancement that will enable my professional growth. i was so depressed, and i cried everyday not knowing whether or not i will be asked to leave the USA, i became so obsessed with fear of deportation so much so that i decided it wasn't worth my life and had bought my ticket to independentlly leave the USA! I felt like i was in-prisoned! That was when i called Law office of W Cavanaugh, Mr Cavanaugh attended to me in a professional manner, he did not promise me green card on a gold or silver platter, rather he informed me of options available to me. The amazing part was that i was entitled to apply for VAWA since i had been married to a USC and had severe detrimental outcome, but i had no idea that i could still be considered under certain immigration law, yet none of the numerous attorneys I've consulted ever mentioned VAWA! I guess it was a case of "when a learner is ready, the teacher will appear" Thanks to Mr Cavanaugh who appeared to me at the right time when i needed to learn all about VAWA! i was quite unsure but from the very first meeting, i knew i can trust this gentleman. So we applied for my VAWA processing. After i moved to another state, i kept retainership with the Law office of Cavanaugh, because Mr William C is so success driven, he attended my interview in another State, how nice and kind of him! I must also mention here that if you are looking for immigration law firm with real human entities who cares for you and your desire to be successful in USA; office of William Cavanaugh is where to go. I found everyone in that office very very very friendly, kind, and supportive. My interactions with all the staff were always comforting Anay, Rossana, and Melissa has never stopped at nothing but to encourage me! This group of professionals goes beyond serving as immigration attorneys, they provided me with counseling which strengthened me. Now that i have my green card, i can see my horizon rising higher, i have been accepted to study for my Doctor of Nurse Practice, and i now gain professional recognition. With all said, i cannot stop my heart from being grateful to this wonderful team of immigration experts. I live to appreciate God's favor, and to say a MILLION THANKS to the Law office of William Cavanaugh, they are part of whatever success i attain in USA.
