Great Attorney. Great person!

From the first appointment with William Cavanaugh we knew we had found the right attorney for the filing of my wife's green card application. William is a caring and good person that was more genuine than any attorney I have met. He was very cost efficient and allowed apartment plan as well. We waite...d an unusual long time for the Green Card but this was due to the complexity of our case. William and his associates were diligent and always friendly. If you want a good quality Attorney that you can trust will take good care of you, look no further.

E2 Visa - Great success!!

Being new to the country it was hard to find a professional and trustworthy attorney to assist with our E2 Visa application (investors visa). After several unsuccessful meetings with other attorney's, we found Mr. William Cavanaugh through Avvo.com so we made an appointment for a free consultation. D...uring our first meeting we were immediately impressed and the most important thing for us was his confidence , knowledge and personality which made us feel comfortable to work with him. First of all William helped us to advise in which embassy to apply since we hold different nationalities. Following this decision we were guided along the way about required documents since we were in the process of starting a new business. His assistance was crucial in order to prepare a solid visa application. In the meantime we have received our visa approval and we will continue to work with William for the work authorization and any future immigration needs. We can definitely recommend William together with his great team!

Immigration -- Green Card -- and total Success

My wife and I retained William Cavanaugh to handle my wife's Immigration / Green Card acquisition. I must say we were both very pleased with the entire office at this Law firm. Knowledge, personality, willingness to help, these folks score off the charts in all categories. I know each case can be dif...ferent, but from the very first appointment with William, to my wife getting her green card in the mail was 100 days exactly. This I am sure was due to several factors, but the organization and the thorough job done by William and his staff is nothing short of awesome.. GREAT job, thank you for a job well done, and I will recommend this firm to anyone.

USA Residency Card

Mr Cavanaugh and his staff were extremely professional in guiding us through the immigration process. From the outset he and his team enabled the application to proceed in a timely manner, resulting in permanent residency status. His expertise and knowledge were excellent overall and the process pr...oceeded seamlessly.
