ONE OF THE VERY BEST

I William for an H1B VISA with a company that wanted to sponsor me after I finished my MBA. He is very articulate, honest and down to Earth. I was always completely confident in his abilities. Later after I met and married my wife William did all of our Green Card paperwork all the way through to the... interview. William very aggressively and professionally represented us when we were not being treated fairly by an immigration officer. His office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Last but not least, his prices were very fair. All around great experience!! Highly recommend!!!

USCIS/Green Card

Mr. Cavanaugh and his staff were very helpful when my Canadian born wife needed a green card. Took out all the guess work. Very informative and knowledgeable during the lengthy process. Responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. I recommend him and would use his services again.

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy

Mr Cavanough is the best immigration attorney i have ever met. He and his team helped me after i had to withdraw my case from another attorney. He has lots of knowledge ,he listens and advises. He promised me good result in short time and he delivered. I felt like i had an attorney and felt safe duri...ng the whole procedure. I could reach him or his associate for questions any time and he would answer within minutes(including on his free time and saturdays). I trusted my future in his hands and don't regret a bit. Definitely the attorney i would recommend to anyone that needs to feel that is in good hands.

Really good lawyer!

I would recommend William Cavanaugh to my family and friends any time! He´ s doing a good and clean job, he´s reliable and on top of everything. I didn´t have any problems with my immigration with him!

I GOT MY PRIMA FACIE

You are God' Sent! Thank You! Words alone can never fully express my satisfaction, gratitude and joyfullness for the level of service and support that the immigration Law office of William Cavanaugh provided me! Mr Cavanaugh and his team are very professional yet humane in the services they provid...e! I can never stop thanking God for brining me in contact with this Law office! I was severely abused by my US citizen husband, and came out of the relationship in 2004. An then an employer sponsored me on EB3 /plied for 1485 application since 2008, the case got stocked, and I have been trapped in an unhealthy/unhappy work environment I didn't know what to do and how to get out...i was at the verge of giving up and getting ready to return back to my country! I was scared to death fearing all the worst immigration outcome, and got confused with enormously stressful immigration worries. Prior to my visits to the Law office of Cavanaugh, I had seen another Attorney', it will appear all they wanted was money, and took no interest in the detail of my case profile. That was when I took action of faith and contacted Law office of Cavanaugh thinking that "I will do just one more consultation before I depart USA;" I am so glad I did! The first thing I noticed upon arrival to the Law office of Cavanaugh is the warm welcome by the staff, which was followed by introduction to Mr Cavanaugh a honorable immigration Attorney whose persona of humbleness, humility and kindness brought about a platform for non-threatening environment. He talked me through my past and current immigration issues, analyses my case status, and came up with perfect suggestion...SELF PETITION! My VAWA application was filled within a month and I received my PRIMA FACIE in less than 2 months! Certainly all my fear and anxiety are now lifted...I can sleep better now, I feel protected, amidst all my fears, the Law Office of Cavanaugh helped filled my EAD and that also got approved! I recommend this wonderful immigration Attorney! And if you think your immigration case is hopeless, don't lose hope just take a few moment and have a phone consult with Mr Cavanaugh, it's free! And then the most excellent part of my experience is that I can actually pay my fees instalmentally, that's not done anywhere else! Thanks to Mr Cavanaugh and his wonderful Team, I am very proud to be their client! Everybody in that office takes ones case to heart, and they are very compassionate.
