RUDOLPH, ISRAEL, TUCKER & ELLIS IS A FULL SERVICE INJURY AND DISABILITY FIRM. CALL US!

For over 30 years I have aggressively represented those injured on the job or who are too disabled to work.  I will only sign up a client if I feel I can help, and will not sign someone up if they do not need a lawyer or if doing so might hurt their case.  I will not sign someone up just to pad my own statistics or in hopes of an easy settlement down the road like some larger firms do.  I will pursue your case all the way through trial, again unlike many local big advertising firms.  I am Board Certified by the FL Bar in workers' compensation which means that I have tried the requisite number of cases and passed a statewide certification exam.  Only Board Certified lawyers can state that they are an expert in their designated field.  There is only one other Board Certified  Workers Comp attorney in N.E. Floriida.  Always ask about  a lawyer's quailifications, don't make a decision based on their firm's advertising budget!

Great Lawyer
Mr. Rudolph is very responsive and kept us informed at all times on the progress of the case. Communication EXCELLENT! Unlike these huge law firms, we were treated as people, not just a case number. We dealt with Mr. Rudolph directly 99% of the time, not a paralegal. We highly recommend the services of Mr. Rudoloh and his firm.

Promises kept
Mike Rudolph is one of a kind! He doesn’t know how to say no! He promised that He won’t turn his back on my case especially with regards to my workmen's compensation which was actually approved. My SS disability claim has been denied 2X and I was losing hope already but then, He filed for a hearing with an administrative Judge in which He successfuly defended my case and was eventually approved. No words can express my gratefulness and gratitude for all the preparations and professionalism He and his staff exhibited. May God bless you more and more power to your office sir!

Awesome all around
Today I recommend Mike to another person as I was sending her his information I came across this site and wanted to write something for people considering hiring Mike... I worked at the State Prison and State of FL. For 20 years. I have chronic pain..chronic depression and Ptsd. I got hurt in2012 kept working for another 7 years and was on alot of pain meds and other meds. I was threaten when I could not no longer walk up stair after working 14 hours. I was scared about be terminated. I wanted to continue to work but knew my issues was getting worse every year. Mike took my case for social security disability and not once put won twice in court for me. Now he's fighting workman's comp for me. He is very kind and is definitely on your side. I can never say enough about him I owe him my life.. I had plan on committing suicide and I call him and thanked him for what he had done for me and my family but I couldn't go another day with this pain and ptsd and workman's comp following me and my family having to deal with this Mike stayed on the phone with me while I had my break down he never once put me down or judge me. what Lawyer does this Mike that's who. he has a big heart and understands. Thank you Mike there no words that I can say what you mean to me that day for being there.

The Difference was like Night and Day
Mike has stayed on top of each and every phase of my case, giving me sound and often very frank advice - through deposition, mediation and now settlement. This Experience was wholly unlike the representation by a Jacksonville-based big advertising law firm, ‘Brother & Brother’ in a previous situation. The difference was like night and day, and my only regret is that I did not have Mike representing me in my first accident.

Best Disability Lawyer
Mr. Rudolph represented my case and won. During my hearing the Judge was extremely impressed and complimented Mike for his professionalism. Also, his paralegal Brenda was always very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend Mr. Rudolph and his firm!

Highly Recommend!
He handled my Social Security Disability (SSDI) case very well. He was so kind and thoughtful, as well as professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me so that I was comfortable with everything and knew what to expect. My case had a favorable ruling, which I attribute to him. I have highly recommended him to my friends and others.

Without him, I wouldn't be where I am today...or anywhere
Michael Rudolph is the reason I am able to be typing this sentence. Much love to my Mother (and cats), and my fighting spirit, but without Michael Rudolph, I wouldn't be where I am today. While I was battling for my rights and my life in the "blank" work comp system, I was having trouble finding a lawyer who could handle my unique case. It took over 4 years and 3 failing law firms before the Universe sent me Michael Rudolph. (It took him less than a year to win my battle) It only took a few mins into our first talk for me to know Michael was the man for the job. In all honesty, it only took the sound of his voice. After all I had been through, hearing the kindness and confidence on the other end of the phone, was like hearing The Beatles for the first time; you knew things were going to be different now. I can't recall our exact conversation, but I can still draw upon the feeling of it. I hired him right then and there, and it was the wisest choice I had made in my life. Throughout our time together Michael gave me and my case the complete care and attention needed (where others before had faulted). As time went and he began to better understand the complexity of my case, yes, he did of course become more involved, but from that first talk we had, he was all in. I hope I'm making my point? What I mean is...you can trust Michael right from the start, he will never falter from that person whom you first have a conversation with. When you have Michael Rudolph as your lawyer, you have all of Michael Rudolph; he's not some "celebrity" lawyer, he's Michael Rudolph, and he's there for you...and for justice... I thanked him then, I thank him now, and I thank him forever. PS - I did like that ending, however I want to add this. I suffer from PTSD, and Michael has always been 100% patient and understanding. He never once made me feel bad in anyway. Sure, I would make myself feel bad for feeling like I was being a bother, and would apologize all the time for it. Michael always assured me that I was okay, and I wasn't a bother at all. When you suffer from a mental health impairment, and beat yourself up about it, it can be difficult to say the least. Michael never made me feel bad for having PTSD. He always treated me with kindness and respect, and was never condescending, as others had been before. He didn't treat me like I have PTSD, but rather as a person, who just happens to have PTSD.

Absolutely the BEST Lawyer in Jacksonville Florida
Mr. Rudolph has represented myself and my Mother in Workers Compensation cases. He is by far the absolute BEST Lawyer in the State of Florida! Mr. Rudolph is very responsive and his Communication is OUTSTANDING!! ! We both dealt with Mr. Rudolph directly the majority of the time, not a paralegal. When we dealt with his paralegal Brit, she was always very responsive and friendly! If you want to be treated with dignity, honesty and respect, I highly recommend Mr. Rudoloh and his firm.

Excellent Attorney and Staff
I am very pleased with the way my case was handled and the end result. Attorney Rudolph is very professional, with extensive knowledge, and prepares you throughout the process in an understandable way that makes it easier when interacting with the parties involved in the case. Paralegal Heidi is always attentive answering emails and phone calls in a cordial and unique way . The process was even easier because through emails I was able to submit all the necessary documentation. No need for unnecessary visits with only two or three my case was resolved in a satisfactory manner. Once again thank you all, and I recommend your service to other people.

Mike is a true fighter for the injured worker
I don't usually post reviews, but after teaming with Mike (Mr. Rudolph) I feel that I have to pass on my experience to others joined in the brotherhood by WC misdeeds and who are need of an excellent attorney. When you do your research you will find many highly ranked, well certified attorneys. I did also! Once you meet with Mike your decision will become much easier. Once you work with Mike, you will thank GOD that attorneys like him exist. Mike and Heidi, his paralegal, are always available. I have emailed numerous times late at night, over the weekend, or while they were on vacation and received an answer quickly. What other attorney will answer a question at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday night? I can not even begin to tell you how amazing his availability is. There are times I had to remind myself that he has to have other clients, because he treated me as if I was the only one. I was kept up to date as our case proceeded. I was walked through the expectations of each step. Mike will fight for you. He is not one of these attorneys looking for a quick score off of a settlement. If you settle it will be your choice. If you want to go to court he will go to court. Speaking of court, wow he is a lion in court. He truly amazed me with his cross examination. I am a simple country boy. As such, I have walked with bears, drug alligators by their tail, caught rattlesnakes by the head, etc; all with lots of respect, and little fear BUT, I pray that I never have the occasion to be cross-examined by Mr. Rudolph!!! The respect others have for him in his field is also a great asset. He is also responsible for one of the most groundbreaking court decisions in WC in recent years, he knows his stuff. To define the respect others have for him I will use my employers reaction to me hiring him. They tried to get me to hire another attorney, or go "attorney less", no less than a dozen times. If you have a WC injury you need an attorney. If you need a WC attorney I highly recommend Mike.

Excellent Experience
Though the Social Security Disability process is quite painful indeed, Mr Rudolph made the 2 1/2 year wait as painless as possible. He is very knowledgeable and both he and his staff provided prompt and thorough answers to all questions of mine, whether by phone or email. I am thankful for all of the hard work and even more thankful for the positive outcome. I am quite certain that it would not have worked out that way without his expertise. He and his staff were encouraging and fought hard for me through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking help through the daunting Social Security Disability process.

Extrordinary Attorney
This is writtenregarding attorney Michael Rudolphs' representation of my social security disability case. After over two years of filing unsuccessfully, my physician recommended Mr. Rudolph. He has extensive knowledge of medical terms and conditions.Mr. Rudolph has a caring and reassuring manner and is honest about possible outcomes. He personally prepared me for all aspects of the disability hearing. His staff, particularly Nadia Davis, obtained all my medical records, reports and scans and was always available to answer my questions and concerns in such a pleasant manner. Mr Rudolph studied all my records and totally understood all aspects of my disability. His professional presentation at the disability hearing was remarkable and showed his complete command of all the facts which the Judge needed to understand the severity of my disability. I feel that presentation was responsible for a quick determination by the Judge to grant me full disability that day at the hearing which is very unusual. The outcome was a blessing as a single mother of a daughter who has been unable to be gainfully employed for three years. It was due to excellent representation by Michael Rudolph. I am indebted to him and could not recommend a more accomplished attorney.

Excellent Attorney
Mr.Rudolph handled my workers compensation case for almost 18 months. The entire time he was on the ball making sure I was taken care of, handling any disputes, and was very good about keeping me informed on the process and how my case was going. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, and was always honest about the direction things were going and the potential outcome. In the end, he was extremely focused and determined and would stop at nothing to get me what he thought I deserved. I would highly recommend Mr.Rudolph to anybody that has a workers compensation issue. And just a thank you for everything you have done for me.

One of the best workers comp attorneys you could find, honestly.
I was referred to Mr.Rudolf by my pi attorney because I was having trouble with worker's compensation, and since I signed to him it was like a heavy burden was lifted off my shoulder. Not saying that I didn't have anymore problems with worker's comp, but whenever there was a problem both Mr. Rudolf and his assistant Hidi did their best in getting the problem solved right then and there, not later or tomorrow, but right now, while keeping in contact with me until the problem was solved. I am honored to have been introduced to both of them, I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a social security or worker's compensation case.

Excellent Attorney and office management.
Mr. Rudolph provided me with excellent support for almost 3 years while I waited for an Adjudication Board to review my case and confirm that I am disabled. I had the opportunity to work with both of his assistance and was provided with the best care anyone could ask for. Susan Snyder

Attorney Rudolph gave hope despite what the company doctor and insurance adjuster claimed. Attorney Rudolph and Heidi kept me informed every step of this life changing injury. He's truly for the injured worker.

"I endorse Michael Rudolph as a great Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability lawyer. I have worked with Michael as a law partner. I have shared cases and co-counseled cases with Micheal. He and his law partners and staff are the best in these areas of practice in North Florida, hands down. I strongly recommend Michael and his firm. And, he is a genuinely good person."
