Great Lawyer

I’ve worked with Mr. Wolf in the past and continue to be impressed by his professionalism and honesty which is why I contacted him again for a consult. A Great Lawyer

David was awesome. He treated me with respect and as a valued friend . He and his staff stayed on top of my case with regular meetings to update me of its progress. I was Leary about the process but he made the whole thing smooth. I am thrilled that I picked him and his firm to assist me.

Perhaps a Unicorn...

My wife sustained complicated injuries earlier this year from a Pedestrian accident, after being hit by a car. We were devastated by the life-changing impact this event had on finding our way forward, navigating the medical system and the options proposed so that my best friend could walk again. Earl...y on, misguided advice was offered by our medical insurer’s subrogation group, and we quickly learned that we needed to search for an advocate to sort through the insurance process. That’s when we met our attorney, David Wolf. After completing a brief online survey, David immediately called me. We’re all familiar w/ the ad-nauseam number of commercials pleading for our attention for those claiming to be the largest and/or toughest law firm to make you rich beyond your dreams. In that initial call w/ David, he said: “there are many good attorneys in my profession, but no unicorns”. Because of my wife’s immobile condition, he came to our home the following day. Never was there any pressure from David to retain his firm. We found him respectful, courteous, supportive, insightful as to what we could expect and quite humorous in the telling of short anecdotes to encourage our way forward through the maze of uncertainty. After his initial consultation, he left us w/ a short list of literature and a contract of employment, suggesting that we think it over. David’s experience was very telling, he’s a realist, and most importantly… we really liked him. We knew before he left that he and the support of his team would be fitting advocates. I occasionally scanned and emailed vendor bills and medical-related correspondence, and David and his Team did the rest. Updates and progress meetings to keep us in the loop were a part of that. Unquestionably, David negotiated the best possible outcome available in a demographic populated w/ not so few uninsured/underinsured drivers. After only 4 months we’re tying up a few loose ends while my wife is learning to walk again. We are grateful for the hard work and efforts of David and the team at Wood, Atter & Wolf.
