An Attorney Who Cares

I called David Wolf on a whim after my Medicare HMO plan said to find an "in-network" surgeon for follow-up to emergency surgery at an out-of-network hospital. He took time to listen and understand my concerns and his advice was balanced and very helpful. My insurance ultimately made the surgeon "i...n-network" for one year. This became vital when a screw backed itself out of the rod in my femur, lodging in the muscle. Surgeons will not touch another's work, especially during post-op recovery, In addition to pain, the screw posed danger and needed to be removed quickly. David's counsel helped me constructively resolve a problem which might otherwise have ended very badly and I'm forever grateful.

Review for David Wolf

David Wolf was referred to me by a friend and when I called him, he answered immediately. Once I told him why I was calling, he proceeded to advise me how cases like mine are normally viewed/handled and even though he was not able to take my case, he went above and beyond to find someone who could ta...ke the case. He made me feel very comfortable, was knowledgeable, non-judgmental, but thorough, in explaining my options.

Consultation First Impression

I contacted Attorney David Wolf regarding an injury...What stood out to me right away is his attentiveness to what I was relaying, he actively listened and demonstrated compassion, and was proactive in identifying pertinent information which I would need to move forward since he could not take my cas...e. I realize he did not have to take the time that he did to assist me any further. I will keep his information in the event that someone else may be able to retain him. I write this review because of the wonderful first impression which Attorney David Wolf made, and for going beyond what was required. Thank you for your empathy and professionalism.
