A lawyer who Shows he Cares about You!

David was quick to respond with pertinent information relative to my state of residence, Florida. He is knowledgeable of Florida Law and gave me advice that really helps me as I face my dilemma. He took time from his evening to call me and listen to my situation. I am grateful for his willingness to ...help knowing I can not afford an attorney, which I told him. I had previously used David to prepare some legal documents for me and was very satisfied! I am impressed that he responded to my inquiry here on Avvo.com even as he did not realize I was a former client of several years ago. Revocable Trust Preparation

I needed a revocable trust set up and knew little to nothing about them. Attorney Goldman provided the Trust designed for my needs at a reasonable cost. Subsequent questions have been answered via email promptly and accurately.

Worse experience ever!!

We hired David and his firm and they dropped the ball several times on time sensitive matters and communication was very poor. The billing practices are horrible. Avoid this attorney and firm. They will try to talk their way out of their failures.
