Professional, Personable and Proficient

David Goldman, was very thorough and patient in preparing my Trust and documents. He was explained all documents and the implications of decisions to be made, as well as how they impacted my wishes. I would highly recommend David Goldman for anyone who who wants their wishes to be protected and... executed in the manner that they desire.

Extremely knowledgeable and efficient

Mr Goldman is extremely knowledgeable on estate planning and asset protection with a global view. He set up a trust for me and my family and we will be doing more work together in the future. I like that he thinks outside of the box and see things from a different perspective. Super responsive to ...meet all our needs and to top it off he is real nice guy!

So pleased with this attorney!

My wife and I are so grateful to Mr. Goldman for his expert advice and assistance with estate planning for my mother. We have used his services twice – once to initially set up Mom’s trust, will, living will, etc. several years ago, and recently to update everything due to our changing circumstances.... He helped set up what we felt was a complex request to prepare us for living overseas as full-time missionaries with my 80-year-old mother joyfully coming along with us. We had to plan for how to take care of Mom if something should happen to us while we are overseas, as well as to allow us to take care of her legal and medical needs if something should happen to her. Mr. Goldman had all the answers, the process was smooth, and he answered and helped us work out every concern and contingency. Mr. Goldman is warm, caring, kind, and knowledgeable in all areas of estate planning. One thing that really impressed us was that he went over and above to make sure he was protecting Mom’s needs and putting her best interest above all. He met with her privately to talk through what her needs and desires were, made sure she had a thorough understanding of everything being put in place, and made sure the plans were according to her wishes. We are grateful for his protection, care, and concern for her. Mr. Goldman is an attorney with integrity, and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Great Service

I found David's office to be extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. David has put a great deal of effort into making the experience manageable and positive during this difficult COVID time.
