Seth was such a helpful lawyer to me. He made sure to help me recover from my car accident the best that he could. Not only was he helpful he was always transparent in what was going on, which made my whole unfortunate accident less painful than it already was. I’ve never had any need for a lawyer in my 30 years of living. Last year I had a situation which called for a defense attorney, I had consultations with the cities top defense attorneys. First and Foremost I would like to make it clear that I am a convicted felon who has done hard time in another state and have had multiple cases in my past record and upon release I transferred my probation to Florida of which I had the remaining multiple year sentence of prison time waiting over my head all in the balance. Although I was on the straight and narrow without issue for over a year and a half I managed to get myself into an unbelievable situation that looked to be hopeless. With that said, it was clear Mr. Studer from the get go had not only my past record working against us but now had multiple states both focusing on the outcome of this present case to determine where I would spend almost the next several years of my life . I believe Mr Studer at the time had over 90 to 100 clients simultaneously all with open cases in the state of Florida. My initial outlook was, " there is no way this is going to end in my favor. This lawyer has too much going on, too many clients, he's too young and because of my record and situation, doesn't have a leg to stand on in my defense." At the time my wife was pregnant with our 3rd child and my prediction was I wouldn't be around to see him come into this world. Let me tell you now, I was WRONG on EVERY aspect and EVERY assumption. Not only did Mr Studer go out of his way with his busy schedule to meet with me on multiple occasions; learn All the facts of the case, take interest in my situation and reassure me that he was going to see this thing thru to the end. Every goal, every point, every plan, and every single milestone he set for us he not only met but excelled past and pushed through. This isn't even the beginning of what Mr. Studer has done for me. During this whole ordeal we had my home state I originally served my time in, checking in And demanding updates from court officials to determine whether I was to be violated and expedited back to finish my multiple year sentence. There are not enough words to express the severity of my situation. The best way I can describe Mr. Studer' s performance and services as an attorney is Simply Outstanding and Flawless. Mr Studer not only saw to it that the flawed charges did not constitute any jail time on my behalf but also constantly communicated and collaberated through my other state's court to the extent that by his doing 'along with the good Lord' I was able to continue my original probation, see my son born and go on with Life as usual. Mr Studer DID NOT have to do a fraction of what he did for me. He went completely out of his way, stayed focused, determined and succeeded ABOVE AND BEYOND what anyone thought was possible. There is no way I can repay Mr. Studer for what all he has done. Mr.Studer was Amazing to say the least! He assisted my public defender (took over)! in my DUI case. I dont know that I would have won my case had he not done so. When Seth speaks, he speaks with confidence. Though many of trial dates were set, we never made it that far & none of the dates were passed once Mr.Studer stepped on the scene, DUE TO OUR SIDE NOT BEING READY. Not to mention any names... DA! Seth knows his stuff! He spoke Intelligently, with Confidence, the Awsome kind of Cocky and Looked Good doing It!!! I watched as he made the DA's head spin, the Judge Listen with High Respect, and him fumble up the states witnesses!!! He filed motions and at the motion hearing is where the states side just crumbled to dust right before their eyes. Sets is an excellent attorney and young man. He is tenacious and fights what he believes in on a daily basis. There were a couple of times I just wanted to throw in the towel and take the "easy" way out. Had it not been for Seth, I never would not have gotten the justice I deserved. I was facing a felony charge which was from one stupid mistake on my part, & which would've ended my 11 year medical career. From the very beginning of my case, Mr. Studer took charge & fought for me harder than I thought anyone could or would. My first offer from the State Attorney was 12 months felony probation, & I would carry that felony conviction the rest of my life. But he said NO!! The time he took, the thorough investigating he did, the step by step communication he had with me was outstanding! He does not give up! My felony was eventually dropped to a misdemeanor, & although it is still a charge, I am still able to work in the medical field. I was arrested for something I had no idea I had done wrong stemming from 2013. I was jailed for 30 days and as a newly licenses Registered Nurse feared registering as a convicted felon. Mr. Studer was amazing! I could not afford an attorney and was worried about the quality of representation my son would receive from a Public Defender, however, I think Mr. Studer did a better job then the "paid" attorneys.
