Mr Korody secessfully mitigated circumstances to force the State off 4 F1 charges down to 2 F3 charges taking me from 4 life plus 20-years to 3-years of probation. Mr Korody worked real close with me, visiting me offten while in jail. My personal experience with Mr Korody leads me to believe that he ...really has his clients best interest in mind. I will make this brief, my unit attempted to kick me out of the Military because of missing drills. However, I communicated well in advance my intension of missing drills. I was missing drills because of work out of the country, and I spoke to my unit representatives and they still put in the packet ...after 18 years of clean and no issue no bad record no true valid reason. They didn’t provide me an opportunity to make it up or from what I found during the trial I had the opportunity to submit a packet to be unexcused for 6 months to clear things up at work.
