After returning from my honeymoon in South America I tested positive for a prohibited drug on a post-leave urinalysis within my unit. My training was immediately frozen and I suddenly had major career implications, possibly even separation, staring me in the face in light of this positive test. Havin...g limited knowledge of the process and legal expertise needed to defend myself in the event of a positive urinalysis in the Marine Corps, I sought out an experienced lawyer. Hiring Mr. Korody was the best decision I made when I was facing an administrative separation from the Navy.
