Mr Carlson helped me with Chase mortgage on my house in High Springs. I suffered a financial hardship and became late on my payments. I called his firm and decided to hire Mr Carlson because I was unable to get any help from Chase. This lawyer filed my answer to the court and he negotiated my loan to a 4.375% with FHA. Also I didn't have to pay the arrears upfront and I was able to accept a 2nd lien from FHA payable to HUD in 30 years for the arrears of my mortgage. I am very happy for all he and his staff did for me. Thank you so very much for all you did.

I am very happy with Mr Carlson on my case. Bob and I spent time talking about my case and I decided to have him and his staff take my case because my lender is Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC. After 2 month, this attorney was able to settle my case before going to court and he got me 2% interest for the first 3 years and then gradually moves to 5% fixed for the life of the loan. I was paying over 7% before and I had payments that were $400 per month more than what I am getting now. This lawyer is very knowledgeable and fair priced in his legal fees.

Robert Carlson did not help me stay in my home even though I was told he could get me a loan modification. I was hardly ever kept informed of what was going on in my case. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.
