If it's a cash bond with no other conditions, it will be just fine. If he was placed into any sort of pretrial supervision or if the Judge attached specific conditions to the bond, then you need to check the order and see whether any type of travel is restricted. If travel is restricted, you would need to file a motion with the court to allow travel. Typically on a minor misdemeanor there will be no restrictions on bond but I would definitely check to be on the safe side.See question

The state attorney has a filing division that will review the facts of the case and decide whether there is sufficient proof to go forward with the charge. They may or may not decide to prosecute in the end. BTW, the evidence does not have to be "concrete" for them to proceed.See question

It is very unlikely that a hospital run a warrant check on someone who is giving birth. That said, what other options do you have? I would never risk the health of my child over a warrant.See question
I need to make a payment plan for restitution
I would talk to an attorney as I am assuming that you are hoping to avoid a violation of probation for failure to pay. There may be some ways to deal with the issue but a "payment plan" isn't a thing when it comes to that type of situation.See question

I imagine that you will be receiving a subpoena from a prosecutor soon. When you do, you will have a chance to tell them how you feel. Keep in mind that you don't control whether or not they charge your ex, he is being prosecuted by the people of Florida. That said, good prosecutors should take your feelings into account. Good luck!See question
