Satisfied!

I was cited for a relatively minor traffic offense. I engaged Dale Carson law primarily to reduce the possibility of points being applied to my license. The advised of the time frame and what I could expect. They delivered as quoted at what I consider to be a reasonable and fare fee.

Ticket was dismissed

Dale represented me in an “unsafe speed for conditions” ticket that was a result of my hydroplane accident. He not only had the points removed, but the ticket was dismissed so there were no court costs associated either. Amazing.

NO POINTS!

Dale Carson Law not only met, but EXCEEDED my expectations. If you are looking for an attorney, let me make this easy for you. I received a ticket that would've left me with 4 points on my license, a mandatory court date, plus the ticket and court fines. After having Dale Carson Law represent me, I w...as left with NO POINTS and a court fine, (which is MINUSCULE compared to what I would've been paying in insurance costs because of those points). They appeared in court on my behalf, I didn't even have to call out of work. I cannot recommend them enough, the interview was not only quick and honest, but it was extremely informational. To say the entire staff is friendly would be an understatement. All of my questions were answered, my mind was put at ease as I agreed to let them handle my case. It was the BEST decision EVER. Did I mention I now have NO POINTS!?!!! Thank you Dale Carson Law :)

Great experience! Fast, professional and reasonably priced service.

My husband got a speeding ticket, so in the mail we received a letter from Dale Carson Law stating they will fight on your behalf so you don't get any points on your license. We gave them a try and couldn't be happier. I called Dale Carson law paid the fee and a month later received a call and letter... explaining that my husband would not receive any points on his license or have to do driving school and all we had to pay was the court fees. We will recommend to our friends and use them again in the future if the need arises.
