The morning of our Mediation started out as miserably as I expected it to... let's just say my seperation had been incredibly painful and confusing (we have a child). I truly believe without Brandon's professionalism and focus on the big picture, this nightmare of a divorce would have gone to trial... (a certain lose/lose situation). He somehow kept the process on track, and though I'm not saying the settlement was a "treat" for me... at least he got my life back and I can move forward.

Brandon listens, strategizes and knows his way around the St. Johns County court. He saved me from PAYING alimony, got me back into my house, and got my kids back to me after a long drawn out nasty divorce proceedings, custody evals, psych assessments, and wage assessments. Brandon went way above and... way beyond what most attorneys would have done. But if you want to win, he can't do it all by himself. You have to have your documents, paperwork, etc. ready to battle. Best part was he kept me sane the whole miserable time and proved patience will provail. He also tried to minimize expenses by NOT responding to every rediculous motion filed against me until we were in the hearing. Day one he said to do what he said, even if I didn't always agree. He was right - 99% of the time :). His strategy worked and I am forever grateful.
