Harrison W. Poole was raised in Fernanandina Beach and is a graduate of Fernandina Beach High School. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in business management and also attained his Juris Doctorate from FSU's College of Law. During law school, Harrison served as an associate justice on the FSU Supreme Court, studied a summer semester at Oxford, England, and was a certified legal intern in the Office of the State Attorney, 2nd District. Upon graduation from law school, he was hired by the State Attorney of the 2nd Circuit and was placed in the Tallahassee criminal traffic/misdemeanor division, where he prosecuted thousands of cases including DUIs, Domestic Battery, Drug Offenses, and many others. After less than a year in the traffic/misdemeanor division, Harrison was promoted to the felony division and transferred to Quincy, FL. As a felony attorney, he prosecuted hundreds of felony cases with charges including drug sales and trafficking, aggravated battery, armed burglary, robbery, 2nd degree murder, sex offenses, and many others.
Since joining Poole & Poole, P.A., Harrison has assisted clients in civil litigation, estate planning and probate, appeals, business formations, contracts, foreclosure, real estate, land use, administrative hearings, debt collection, and criminal defense.
