Later I found out from my ex that his lawyer charged him $2,000 extra retainer up front because of the fight he knew he had being up against my lawyer. I can see why, she is very strategic, honest and knows the law. I needed a lot of hand holding and needed a lot of explanations throughout the process and she was always generous with her time. I read a lot of reviews before I hired her and there were a few negative that concerned me but way more positive. The negative ones I read were NOT my experience at all. My experience was excellent and professional from beginning to end. After working with Mandi for over a year on my case and getting consistent communication and professionalism, I think those few negative reviews were from angry people on the other side like my ex who she destroyed in court and not from real clients of Attorney McDonough.
