I received my first speeding ticket in December, and hired Patrick to help negotiate it down, to avoid having it on my driving record. Dealing with his law firm was an absolute pleasure - after speaking to Patrick about the details, I had one point of contact who was receptive, patient, kind, and ve...ry helpful (Kathy). Everything was explained clearly, and they were very responsive to emails (which I find more convenient than having to call). Patrick negotiated my ticket down so that it wouldn't be reported on my driving record, and helped me navigate what happens after. As a "worrier", I especially liked that they had me send my court fines to them, they kept a copy (and faxed notification to the court before sending), and sent them on my behalf... which meant that there was a record, and less chance of something going wrong or getting lost.
