Mr. Brooks is an exemplary individual, to represent attorneys in his profession. Gene constantly kept me updated about my case, and consistently enouraged me to "hang in there". When I was was faced with complex legal terminology and proceedings, Gene was there to explain everything to my understanding. Anyone who thinks that they can represent themselves in cases like mine, only do themselves an injustice, because my attorney prevented me from being bullied or taken advantage of, by the opposing counsel. Job Well Done!

Mr. Brooks worked very diligently on this case. He let me know from the start that it could take several years before being settled. I was always kept updated on what was going on without having to call him. He is a trustworthy person and lawyer who I would use again if needed and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mr. Brooks

At my jury trial, I told Gene," no matter what this Jury decides, I want you to know that I could not have asked for a better lawyer."
His knowledge of chemical enviroments and how they affected my lungs and the personality to convey this to a Jury, is what won my case.
