You need an attorney. If you were injured in the accident you need to get treated. Don't give a statement before speaking with an attorney.

If you have resided in GA for the previous 6 months, you can file in GA. Where you were married does not matter. As to how to approach filing for a divorce, you need to speak with a family law attorney.

I can't tell if you are an immigrant from your post, but if you received your green card based on marriage, you should speak with a lawyer who has some immigration law understanding. If your wife filed an I-864, it is important you speak with someone who understands the significance of this document.

Hope this information helps. Best wishes.

I agree with Mr. Sellers' recommendation. In order to file a modification of the prior court order, you must show that there has been a material and substantial change in circumstances. This would very likely satisfy that threshold. You need to speak with an attorney to review your options. Best wishes.

You should hire an attorney to help you deal with this property and make sure that all issues of the marriage are adequately dealt with. If the property transfer is not handled properly you could have a major headache in the future.

First, congratulations on your marriage. I agree with my colleagues below. You should speak with an immigration attorney to make sure that your wife is not otherwise inadmissible and can remain in the country. It would be worth making sure that she can remain in the country before you begin a long process of adjusting status. Best wishes.

    Patrick’s Answer

First, you need to seek the assistance of an attorney. Insurance companies will fight paying the full value of a claim. Since you do not regularly deal with them, you are at a disadvantage in your dealings with them. Just because your family members waited to get treatment does not mean that the injuries are unrelated. It just means that an argument must be made showing that they are. If the injuries are related, your family members can still recover.

I agree with attorney Kasturi. You may have options, but you need to speak with an immigration attorney. Before you depart the US you need to know whether there will be any consequences of your overstay and whether you have any options available to you. A lot of the information needed may be inappropriate to share on a public message board, so I recommend calling an immigration attorney to discuss your situation with you.

Sorry you are going through this.

As stated in my colleagues answers, the most important thing you can do is to seek immediate medical treatment. Hopefully you have already done so. If the police were called, you need to obtain an incident report. If you have not done so already, call an attorney. Most personal injury attorneys will meet with you for a free initial consultation. If the driver was at fault, you very well could have a valid injury claim. Best wishes.

I agree with the other answers. Your question involves questions that require an examination of the specific facts in your circumstances. You can file for naturalization, but it may not be approved. That is an answer no one can give you based on your question. Best wishes.

    Patrick’s Answer

I agree the first thing you need to do is speak with an attorney. The at-fault driver's insurance will likely try to contact you for a recorded statement. It would be unwise to discuss this case with the them before you speak with an attorney. You are dealing with an issue of fact. Most accident attorneys meet with clients for a free consultation and will be able to review the facts of your case to determine the viability of your claim. If you were injured or feel you may have been injured, you need to get checked out to determine the extent of your injuries. If the doctor recommends treatment, it is important for you to focus on getting better and following the doctor's advice.
