Davil and the law firm of Eichholz really went to the bat for me and hit a home run.... i am a professional driver working in the transportation industry and was injured in an accident ,no fault of mine rear ended by a driver who was not paying attention, who struck me from behind (note please) i am ...the driver in a 18 wheeler struck by a driver in a honda accord you might say how was i injured ? but believe me it happens and i still suffer today. my case was one with the blessing of the lord attached to it ,a case that could have been fought and draw out for some time by workers comp. but through the kowlegabilityof Davil and the firm and i was able to prevail victoreous in a short time...
