This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
When an attorney is censured it means he or she did something wrong but may still practice law. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
David’s comment: “After I chose to go on inactive status in TN, I didn't think about or remember to edit my website and letterhead which still read “licensed in TN.” In fact, I still was (and still am) licensed in TN. However, my status was (and is) "inactive." The TN bar censured me for not having edited my website & letterhead to reflect the inactive status. No potential TN clients ever read the letterhead or website to the best of my knowledge, however TN thought that this was nonetheless worthy of a censure.”

Having never been in a car accident before I wasn't sure what to expect. How do I know if I've even chosen the best firm to help me? The Eichholz Law Firm was great. They helped me get into the doctors I needed to feel better, they fought with the insurance company to get my bills paid and they made sure I got what I deserved. They took care of me when I needed it most. The staff were so friendly and the team that worked on my case was top notch from David Eichholz to case managers Shaunta and Melissa. I never felt alone. I hope I never need their help again, but I ever find myself in another car accident I know who will be my first call.

From the minute I made my telephone call to the Eichholz Law Firm, I knew my David could win my case. During the whole procedure, the staff assigned to my case kept me informed about everything going on. Any questions I had were always answered when I called and asked. If I had to leave a message, a call was always returned in a decent time manor. Over all, David Eichholz and his co-workers were awesome when it came to handling me and my case. Thank you!!!
