I was face with a dui among other charges. Mr Patel took my case and was straight up from the beginning and had good communication during the entire process. All charges ended up being thrown out and we plead guilty to a lesser charge. No time, no points just a fine. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mr Pat...el again in the future if need be.

Mr. Patel handled a DUI "Less Safe" case for me in a professional manner. He was able to negotiate with the solicitor and arresting officer which resulted in a plea agreement of reduced (non-DUI) charges. My drivers license was returned with no restrictions. I did receive a hefty fine and was require...d to attend a DUI class, Victim Impact presentation & 12 months probation . This outcome was much better than a DUI conviction. I would highly recommend Mr. Patel.

Sneh knows the ins and outs of DUI defense, and was able to get DUI charges reduced and my license wasn't suspended. Seemed to have good relationships with the people in the district attorney's office from what I could tell, and he was almost always available whenever I needed to talk to him. I did n...ot have to go to a trial so I can't offer a review there, but he resolved the issue much quicker than I expected and I was happy with his service. He was very straightforward and no nonsense (but still easy to talk to), which suited me well. I would use him again if needed (though I hope I don't have to!), and recommend him to anyone looking for dui defense.
