John helped my wife and me through our rather convoluted and somewhat unusual change of status/PR process, but he went right past any thoughts of "can't be done" to "let's find out how to do it!" He did so, and the whole procedure went through smoothly! We found John and Claire both helpful and friendly, efficient without being officious.
We are now entrusting him with our daughter's Green Card process.

I used Mr. Watts a few years ago pertaining to my wife petitioning for her Green Card. Mr. Watts clearly explained everything we needed to do and what we should expect step by step. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His rates are very reasonable, and I would strongly recommend his services to anyone concerning their immigration issues. He worked very hard to see our case through with success. We were very satisfied.
