Out of state and helpfull

Dui refusal

I contacted Jarrett about my dui refusal case and reckless driving. He told me immediately if it was my first one he could most likely get it down to failure to exercise due care, and that’s exactly what happened in court. Very friendly and responsive.

Dui less safe

Mr.Maillet is an extremely intelligent and passionate lawyer. He not only understands the in’s and outs of the judicial process as it pertains to Georgia law, but he also has vast experience dealing with different types of charges. He is very understanding and direct. He sets at target goal from day ...1 and is very upfront with what reality is in any particular situation, which is good because it gives you expectation management. In my particular case, all charges were dismissed minus a moving violation. I would highly recommend him and know that you will be in great hands.

DUI

Me Maillet, handles my DUI case and got the best possible outcome, he was able to get my charges dropped down from a DUI to reckless driving so I was able to keep my license and job.
