My DUI case

Attorney Maillet was the best decision I’ve made in reference to my case. I had to fire the attorney before him due to the lack of follow-up and high prices. Mr. Maillet made time to hear my case, gave me some great advice ( to-do list before court appearance), always PERSONALLY answered my calls, ...or called back very quickly if he did miss a call. He had great court presence and had great rapport with all of the officers and the state prosecutor. His price was very fair and affordable. Now I can move on with my life again. Thanks to Mr. Maillet, my case got reduced to ‘driving too fast for conditions’, which short of the case being dismissed, is the best outcome I could have hoped for. Thank you Attorney Maillet!

Hands down the best

Mr.Maillet if a great attorney and he is easy to talk to and very professional and knows the laws. He took the time on a Sunday to meet with me and was confident from the beginning that my charges could get dismissed he also is very reasonable with payment and payment options. Court came my charges w...ere dismissed and my arrest record was sealed as if it never happened. If I am ever in need of a lawyer again I know who I am calling!

Dui refusal

I contacted Jarrett about my dui refusal case and reckless driving. He told me immediately if it was my first one he could most likely get it down to failure to exercise due care, and that’s exactly what happened in court. Very friendly and responsive.

Out of town resident - DUI Defense

I was recently charged with DUI at a checkpoint in Pooler, GA. After speaking with Mr. Maillet for just a few moments , I felt comfortable with having him represent me and signed him the same day. We have not yet settled the case but Mr. Maillet is always very responsive and knowledgeable when I have... questions for him. I feel extremely comfortable with the defense Mr. Maillet is providing and would recommend him to anyone in the Savannah and surrounding area. I will certainty provide more information at the conclusion of my case. We have a long way to go, as this is my 3rd DUI charge but I feel confident that Mr. Maillet will use his knowledge of the law and contacts in the area to give me the best outcome possible.

DUI reduced to not taking due care while driving

I would recommend Jarrett Maillet highly , he was a gentleman, very knowledgeable about the area in which I had my accident and was very well-versed with the people in the judicial system in Hinesville Georgia. Excellent job most happy with the outcome!
