Falsely Accused

I contacted Mr. Mailett after being falsely accused and received notice to appear in court. Mr. Maillet immediately went to work for me, gathered all the real/true facts about my case. I was told that my case was "just a hearing" by the one that wrote me the accusation notice, but turns out it was a ...regular court case. I am so glad that I hired Mr. Maillet, because not only did he put them in their place, he got my case dismissed. He is very professional and did a fantastic job. Thank you for taking our case and proving what is right, and what is wrong. Will highly recommend you to anyone that is looking for great attorney!

Disorderly conduct & Obstruction due to domestic dispute

My case is still ongoing so,I can't say much more yet, but I will surely do a second review after my case is done, but I still have to say this, so far Mr Jarret has been very helpful, he is a very busy man, but very professional, he will definitely find time to answer your questions and any concern ...you might have, he is also very considerate in working with you, in timely manner wise. He tries to work hard for your best interest. He explains things, the legal issues to you concerning your case, In a way that you can understand. He is confident on doing his job, & that makes me feel more positive on the outcome of my case. I can't wait to put all of this behind me. I will definitely recommend Mr Jarret for anyone out there, who might be in need of his services.

Great lawyer

In March of 2018, I was visiting Savannah, GA and one of the weirdest moments of my life happened to me where my card declined at a bar and consequently I was thrown in jail overnight for not paying the tab! I had he funds but since I was from out of state, my card automatically declined until I ver...ify any transactions. Needless to say my charge was "THEFT OF SEVICES"!! I never heard of such a charge, and I am far from being called a thief! I searched for a few lawyers and none of them were to my liking until I met Jeremiah (the guy in the photo!). He was so down to earth and listened to everything I said and asked all the right questions to make me feel that he was the RIGHT lawyer for me. Of course he did not make any promises just like all lawyers say and do, but he assured me that this case could very well be dismissed, and I believed him. Well guess what? Not only was the charge dismissed as of 04-24-2018, the whole arrest incident is wiped out!! That was the most important thing for me because having that charge on my record would have been a nightmare for me!! I am so glad to have retained this man!!! If anyone who visits Savannah or who lives in a Savannah and get caught up in a bind, please reach out to him. He has such a wonderful personality that will make it easy for you to stop searching for other lawyers!

Court case

Mr Maillet executed exactly what was ask when we reviewed my case. As quick as we went in is as quick I was leaving out with my original charges drop down.
