Quick and secure

I had a court date that I was terrified about just a few days away. It was from a dui charge almost 4 years ago that was delayed due to COVID. I didn't know what to do. I sent an email inquiry to Jarrett's office and he called me immediately after. He made me feel safe and heard. In less than... a week I was in front of the judge and every thing was taken care of just like he said it would be. I can't say that you'll have the same outcome, but I can say that the best outcome possible will be obtained by Jarrett. He will have your back. If you feel hopeless, call Jarrett.

Perfect from the beginning

Jarrett was great from the moment we met. He worked with us on payment and still filed a motion the same day! He was able to get my husband out of jail on an OR bond and into rehab. His communication was timely and his secretary sweet & helpful as well! He’s my new go-to from here on out! Wonderful a...t court and had all the connections we needed. A++++

Not guilty

Last minute hire- case dismissed

Hired Jarrett two days before court appearance for a misdemeanor. The judge dismissed my case in a matter of minutes. Hopefully, won't need to but would definitely hire him again.

Exactly as Advertised

Mr. Maillet is exactly as advertised. I got a DUI in Jan 2021. I have never been in trouble before, and I was extremely nervous about the entire situation and had no idea what to expect. I am also in a position that a DUI could take away a major portion of my livelihood so that even heightened my ...nervousness. He was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless driving and my probation suspended upon completion of: DUI Risk Reduction Class (Fro-Sun, 20 hours, $360) MADD Victim Impact Panel (1.5 hours, $60) Clinical Evaluation (1.5 hours, $125) My fines were reduced to a total of 1164.00 after court fees and probation fees, and I was able to complete the terms of my probation before it even started. I'm glad that I decided to hire Mr. Maillet as my attorney. I felt extremely well-informed throughout the whole process, and I'm glad that he helped me out of a serious legal jam. Things happen, people mess up. If you are in a similar situation, don't hesitate. There is no reason to worry.
