I hired my Pirkle for a DUI case that I was under the legal limit when I blew. I was asked by the arresting officer to allow them to draw blood to check my alcohol level. I said because of Covid I didn’t feel comfortable doing that, not knowing a refusal meant a lifetime suspension for CDL holders. I was Mr.Pirkles Client on a divorce/custody case. He did not represent me well at all. I paid six thousand dollars up front. Mr.Pirkle was a no show on my first apparence in court, I ended up representing myself. I would call and was told he was never thier or they would return my calls but never di...d. I went through two different secretaries but nothing seem to ever get resolved. I'm now hiring another lawyer to fix what should of been done in the first place. Anyone looking for a good lawyer I would advise you to keep looking. Once you give Mr. Pirkle your money than he is done with you. Hopefully this review is helpful to anyone that's looking for a great attorney, because Mr.Pirkle is not one.
