Easy

Ken was more transparent than I would have expected. He let me know my options, where each pathway could lead, and let me make my own decisions while offering clear guidance. He double checked everything we went over and made this experience a lot easier than it would have been without him. Best in town!

On January 25, 2020 I got the call all parents dread. My daughter had been arrested on suspicion of DUI. I didn't know what to do except to call Ken Smith. I had heard his commercials on the radio and his name was the first thing that came to me. And I am so glad! First he spoke with me and patiently listened to my rambling. He then explained certain issues tobme and then arranged a time to meet with my daughter. He took what was a terrible situation and put us both at ease. It felt great knowing that we had him on our side. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. I can not recommend Ken Smith enough!!!

Outstanding Attorney

Ken Smith represented me during a very difficult and painful time in my life. He put me at ease immediately, and he clearly had a superior level of knowledge and expertise that made me feel confident I had obtained the best lawyer to handle my case. He exceeded my expectations in every way and was always readily available whenever I had questions or concerns.
