I too was dismissed from a medical malpractice case. Being named as a defendant in a case is disruptive to ones practice, emotionally devastating, and creates great strains on relationships with family, friends, and colleagues.
But Ben and his staff exceeded my expectations given my experience with lawyers in other matters. Ben returned phone calls promptly every time. I was updated with detailed letters and phone calls of any new developments within days. When I thought I had enough and was ready to give up, he listened and responded with nothing but kind words of encouragement that kept me from unhealthy decisions.
With Ben, you get a lawyer that knows his way around the legal system, is incredibly gifted, hard working and knowledgeable; couple that with a lawyer that understands the devastating effects a lawsuit has on a practicing physician and the implications it could have on their future. You will have a hard time finding one better than this lawyer if your looking for impeccable representation.

I have worked with Ben Brewton for almost 10 years now. The ratings I have given Ben speak for themselves. While I checked "litigation" as the type cases I have hired him for, he contributes far more than trying cases for our Company. I have used him in mediations, appeals and briefs of some of our other cases he is not directly involved with, as well as other general legal requests. Ben is very confident and knowledgeable in what he does as one can tell from the outcome of his work. I have worked with many other lawyers as well Ben in the southeast and I would certainly consider Ben one of the best if not the best. He is a sensational trial lawyer and I would highly recommend him.
