A great man and a great lawyer!

Mr. Poston is a great attorney. He has been with me through thick and thin on a 2 year old case and has helped me get a second chance on life. He is always on top of any situation that comes up and is just a email away. I recommend Mr. Poston to anyone who has gotten themselves in trouble. He sho...ots very straight with you. He tells you like it is. He does not sugar coat anything but will bend over backwards to defend you! I am so thankful I called him 2 years ago! Now, my life can start over in a positive way thanks to Mr. Poston!!!

McCracken Poston is a CREDIT TO HIS PROFESSION

McCracken Poston has represented my son on a couple of occasions. While representing Josh, Ken was extremely honest and forthright. He advised us with great insight and knowledge of the law. Some of Ken's attributes are being highly approachable, personable and accessible. On one occasion he repr...esented our son while Josh was on active duty. Although our son was in the wrong, Ken treated him with utmost dignity and respect while advising him and representing him. Ken was firm when he needed to be but understanding. Ken is the BEST at what he does! McCracken Poston is a credit to his profession!! I would NEVER consider using another attorney but hope my son NEVER needs an attorney again!
