McCracken Poston

We hired Mr. Poston to defend my father in a criminal case in Tennessee. It was a case with some unusual and pretty daunting facts, but Mr. Poston was not intimidated and worked diligently on the case from start to finish. He exceeded our expectations, both in his skill and his calm, friendly demeano...r. He always kept us up-to-date on what was happening with the case, which helped tremendously when we were dealing with a very stressful situation. Ultimately the case was resolved with a very generous plea deal for my father. Mr. Poston is the guy you want in your corner if you are in a tough situation! (P.S. His assistant Carlene is awesome too!)

McCracken Poston

I was charged wrongly with a felony theft by taking 7 years ago in April. I immediately called Mr Poston and hired him. I dont know how i would have gotten through the 7 years without his support and brilliant mind. He kept me in control for those 7 years. He fought for me and believed in me. Nobody better for your defense

I never in my life thought our family would need a defense attorney until one day my spouse came home and explained some things that changed our lives. The one good thing at the time was he said "I've called Ken Poston". I had seen Ken in action and new he had called the best. He took some scared, be...wildered people under his wing and guided us through the process. He was a rock in court and his knowledge of the system just can't be beat. We ended up with the best possible outcome that I just don't think would have been possible with another attorney. Forever grateful.

McCracken Poston

I was indicted for two felonies and one misdemeanor based, in part, on a false witness statement. The allegations were serious. I needed competent legal representation. I experienced competent representation, consistent communication, an understanding of my case's facts, and more. All charges were ...recently dismissed after the Judge granted the prosecutor's motion to dismiss. I truly believe this would not have happened without my defense team. I hope you never have need for a defense attorney, but if you do McCracken Poston is the one to call. I retained Mr Poston based on his positive reputation, but I proudly recommend him based on my positive personal experience.
