Talked with me over the phone

as a business owner I stay very busy so Ken took the time to listen to my case over the phone an said what it would be for him to handle my case. As people need to understand they have rights an cops can’t just go around putting their hands on people just because they don’t want to talk to them an ma...ke up some bogus charges an come into their home without the Okay from the home owner. Ken seems to be a very down to earth man an fights for we the people! Thank you sir for your advice an help!

Defense

I retained Mr Poston as a defense attorney. He was very meticulous with the needs of my case. He came to court well prepared and presented my case how I requested. All charges were dropped because Mr Poston did his homework. I would not recommend any other lawyer. Mr Poston was exceptional.

No regrets,

Great lawyer!

Mr. Poston was referred to us by a lawyer in TN. We met with him and right away he got down to business. He was very helpful in what we needed to have and do before our court date. My husband was in a wreck and charged with a DUI. We had to deal with legal proceedings for about a year. Mr Poston a...nd his assistant kept us up to speed during that time. Never did we have to wonder what was going on or if we needed something we didn't have. He worked well with my husband's panic disorder and helped us to the best of his ability with that situation. He was very knowledgeable throughout the process and helped us out extremely well. The case reached a really great outcome for all parties involved. I hope to never have a situation again where I need a lawyer, but if I did, I would not hesitate to reach out to Mr Poston. I would be very quick to recommend him to anyone in need. We faced fines and possible loss of license and a couple other charges. We had to pay a fine but the outcome was much better than it would have been had we not hired a lawyer. Thank you Mr Poston!

McCracken Poston - The Best

McCracken Poston is a man of truth and justice. Mr. Poston was hired back in May 2015 when the corruption of one detective tried to railroad me and then attempted to cover up his affair with my wife. I was charged with 17 counts of child molestation and facing 400 years to life in prison. With ...being setup, I had only one person that could get to the bottom of this and that was McCracken Poston. Mr. Poston will fight and give you the correct advice on how this process will work. One thing to make clear, is NEVER talk to detectives without having your attorney present. My case was dismissed but it took 2 1/2 years because of the corruption. He fought diligently for my freedom and was always there for me. We had many late night emails but he always replied. I couldn’t have asked for a person with more honesty and integrity. 5 stars are not enough for what all he did in my life. Mr. Poston is now considered family to me. I would advise anyone looking for a defense attorney to HIRE McCrackon Poston. I assure you will NOT be disappointed.
