I got pulled over in Barrow County for going 23 over the limit. Was subsequently arrested for DUI and given the speeding ticket as well. Found Mr. Healan in a quick google search and I'm absolutely glad I did. I refused breath and sobriety tests so the prosecution's case was weak to start with. Prose...cutor initially wanted me to plea to reckless driving and speeding. We had to go back to court a couple times but Mr. Healan got the DUI dismissed completely and the speeding dropped to 14 over so I had no points added to my driving record.
