I called Mr. Swingle because I was looking for help for a family member. He called me back personally and spent as much time on the phone with me as I needed, asked lots of questions, and made sure he completely understood what was going on. In the end, he said he wasn’t the person I needed, but woul...d reach out to another attorney he thought would be the right fit. When she wasn’t able to take on another case, he recommended 2 more attorneys with the qualifications we needed. He was still following up with me at 10:30 that night, making sure I got matched with the best person for the case.
