Ryan was absolutely amazing. While I was stuck in the purgatory that is Athens-Clarke county holding, my parents called him on my behalf and he was at the jail within 30 minutes to meet with me. The charges i was facing generally requires a bond hearing in superior court, but his hard work and dedi...cation made the magistrate judge set a very fair bond and allowed me to be released just over 24 hours from the time of the arrest. He worked hard and tirelessly to bring justice to myself and my young family. I have friends that are public defenders who told me they would trust him with their life. Mr. Swingle was assigned to my case due to conflict of interest with the public defenders office. He went above and beyond and made sure all my concerns were addressed and were a priority.
