In April of 2015, a girl I had dated for 3 years accused me of raping her. I was arrested and charged with 3 separate felonies because of these accusations. I met Mr. swingle almost 10 years ago when he was doing cases for the circuit defender. At that time I did not pay attention to his dedication as my case was extremely emotional.
