Words cannot begin to express how much I appreciate Ashley McMahon. From the moment she was recommended to me, she assured me that it would be her top priority to make sure I was taken care of. She was very calm, cool and collective throughout the entire process. Her professionalism made me feel very safe and secure with my decision.
She discussed the entire process and listened to all of my concerns. She guided me all along the way, never once leaving any doubt that I wouldn’t be in the best of care. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise, my case was dismissed at the motions hearing.
Hiring Ashley McMahon to represent me was THE SINGLE BEST DECISION I have ever made in my life! Thanks to her, I still have one to be thankful for. Thank you again for everything Ashley, you are truly the BEST!

This was the very first time I ever needed to hire a lawyer, especially one in criminal defense. I was unsure and very nervous. The moment I first spoke with Ashley, I knew I had found the right person. She was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. She was knowledgeable and reassuring. Ashley walked me through a process I was very unfamiliar with and made each step clear. I highly recommend hiring Ashley; you can be sure you have an attorney that is on your side and will work tirelessly to win your case.

Ashley is nothing short of AMAZING! I was arrested for a DUI and was treated very unfairly by an officer in Woodstock, GA. I was referred to Ashley by another lawyer who spoke very highly of her, and he was dead on. If you find yourself in need of a criminal defense/ DUI lawyer you would be doing yourself a huge disservice not to hire her. I knew I had a good case but the state prosecutor and the arresting officer decided they wanted to play hard ball and give me the max penalty for a first time DUI. The list of things I would have had to do and pay for was exhaustive; especially when I was arrested for DUI and I had not been drinking. The officer tried to claim he felt I was on drugs but did not find any trace of drugs, nor did he smell anything because I DON'T DO DRUGS. Because the State decided they would go for the max penalty I decided to take a Jury trial and let my fate be decided by unbiased Americans who don't like to see innocent people get screwed by the law. We took it to trial and they could seriously make a movie on how Ashley made the Officer and Prosecutor look like complete idiots! After the cross examination she gave the officer I would not be surprised if he quit his job and or got fired. She pulled out all the flaws in his report and made him look silly through the questions she asked. The cop was honestly the laughing stock of the courtroom by the time she was done with him. The Prosecutor wasn't happy either and she made it hard on them as well. It was a very stressful process but Ashley was so professional, accessible, kind and I really felt like she cared. I hope I do not need her services again but I will always keep her number locked in my phone. She was a BLESSING!

I was blind sided with a charge against me that would have been a fellony on my record, I didn't know who to turn to until someone recommend Ashley to me, she took on my case immediately and she was able to get all charges dropped. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone.

For someone who's never been in trouble with law enforcement, the judicial system can be a scary and stressful thing. After spending the night courtesy of one of the surrounding metropolitan housing facilities. I was obviously nervous and little beside myself. Reality shows can not depict the fear for someone who's not been in trouble before and the process of that experience of being handcuffed to riding in the back of a patrol car to making a call to get out. After the dust settles, you feel that you are in an uphill battle. The adventure of uncertainty is before you.
Well all that ended the moment I called Ashley. To be honest, I called several other offices before hers. Very robotic attorneys gave me some prewritten lecture of how they would do "their best" and etc. The very first call with Ashley I could tell that she loved her job, was very knowledgeable about the law, the charges I was facing, the possible outcomes, how she would approach my case and etc.
From the moment I signed on as her client she exceeded my expectations. She was able to get in touch with if I had any questions, kept me apprised of any changes that were happening and more. I was no longer stressed after my first call with her. After my court date she notified me that she had exceeded even her expectations of an outcome (to be honest I think she knew the whole time she was going to hit a grand slam but didn't want to let me down just in case).
Don't let your second mistake be not calling a great lawyer and human. So you "Better Call Ashley!"

I felt safe with Ashley from the moment I spoke with her. I had all the confidence in the world that even if she couldn't get me the best outcome, she would make damn sure I got something close to it. She stayed on top of everything and I felt like I truly was with someone I could trust. She really helped make my whole situation, as bad as it was, much better. I hope I won't have to call her again, but if I ever run into trouble, I know who I'm calling!

Ashley was very professional and used her contacts and knowledge of the Atlanta Municipal court system to successfully negotiate my case for the optimal outcome. Highly recommend.

Ashley was recommended last year by a friend, and I can't be thankful enough. I had a traffic stop which turned into a misdemeanor for the possession of drug-related objects. She managed to work out a great agreement for me with the prosecutor, reduced fines with probation, and much less than expected community service, considering the situation. She was always there when I had any questions or concerns, made me feel very safe, and went out of her way to make things work. She's very knowledgeable.

I hired Ashley to represent me for an accident case. She was unbelievably helpful and clear explaining the process so I knew what to expect the entire time. She took care of everything so I didn't have to appear in court AND she was able to get my citation reduced. I definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a defense attorney.

I went into a FTA hearing expecting to pay a fine and then
have to address the tickets attached to the fta at a later date.
I left with all tickets dismissed and a 100 dollar fine.
I was expecting over 1000.00 in fines.
Best money I ever spent.
