I have been practicing on the management side of employment law in Atlanta for over 32 years, and have had the opportunity to observe and oppose a large number of Plaintiff-side practitioners. Steve is one of the very best. He understands how to strategically advance the interests of his clients without making enemies on the other side of the table, which is critically important when it comes time to reach a negotiated settlement. He understands the law very well, and can apply it to his client's advantage. Steve is highly professional, very talented, and a vigorous advocate.

After a successful 16-year career in senior management with a high profile Atlanta-based company, I found myself in a situation in which I felt unable to effectively navigate on my own. I recognized the need to consult with an attorney specializing in employment law, and began my research. During the process I reached out to a friend who himself is an attorney working inside of a large Atlanta area corporation. His job is to protect the corporation during employment disputes, so I knew he would have solid insights about the other side – the employee side. We discussed a couple of firms that were considered very reputable and highly regarded in the legal community, but he strongly recommended that I consult with Steve Wolfe. Steve was very responsive to my inquiry, and we scheduled an initial meeting to discuss my concerns in greater detail. During our first meeting at his office, I found Steve to be professional, intelligent, honest and personable. He spent time asking questions, listening, making notes, explaining how the law did or did not apply to my experiences, and reviewing the legal path that may be required. Ultimately, I learned just how fortunate I was to have been referred to Steve. He is a strategic and exceptionally tough negotiator. My case never had to be formally filed for suit because after receiving Steve’s initial detailed demand letter, my former employer immediately requested arbitration. We agreed, and I watched Steve negotiate a significant settlement for me during an all-day arbitration process with my former employer. I’ve moved on in my career and am now working for one of the largest employers in the SE, but am fortunate to have found Steve during that difficult period. I strongly recommend Steve Wolfe, as did the Atlanta corporate attorney who referred him to me.

Steve really cares about his clients. He has fought for the rights of workers for several years, and is not afraid to take his fight up through the appellate courts if necessary. He is one of the best employment lawyers in Atlanta.
