I was in an accident and my friend recommended Scott Monge. I made an appointment to see Scott and was very pleased with the service. He was professional and an expert in his field. He would always return my calls and was very patient with me when I had a lot of questions for him. Great service Scot...t! Highly recommend.

Very communicative and I felt protected. Although, My case should have been open and shut, at least in my mind; it was not. I was hit from behind by a driver who admitted was texting. The insurance company tried to settle quick and really low balled me. I ask many questions from time to time and... he is always responsive and never made me feel like a bother. Surely straight-forward when accepted my case. always pleasant and thoughtful throughout the whole process, even when I was upset.I must say truly outstanding customer service and I felt special, as if I mattered. I had been to the ER had ex-rays and cat-scan. There were different bills and different accounts, they handled all of them and I had no stress. Won a good and fair amount from the driver's insurance company, I was satisfied.

I am a person who really believes in giving recognition where it is deserved. That being said I have been and well still am amazed at how professional the entire staff has been throughout, for me there have been some noticeable standouts amongst the staff which I will name later. I am certain this is... true about all of the staff members with "Monge & Associates" I just haven't had the chance to work with them. In fact I get the feeling they all truly love what they do, perhaps it gives them the satisfying feeling of helping people, I'm not sure what it is. I know all to well how quickly people will call to make a complaint yet very few call to give credit for a job well done. The entire staff is top notch from what I can tell on my end. Mr. S. Monge handles business in what I consider the old school ways. He doesn't ask you or his staff to do anything he hasn't or will not do. I can say that about each person I have been in contact with they will get in the foxhole right along my side no matter what we're up against. I know I matter to them personally. Sure we all know this is how they make a living but they don't make you feel like your just a paycheck waiting to arrive. I feel like a person. It's not the norm these days for the CEO or lead partner of a firm or the owner of many businesses to contact we the public. Much less as quickly as any one of the staff members do. However Mr. Monge isn't like that, I have had several conversations with him directly, try that with another firm and I doubt you'll make it past the receptionist. This team of individuals are bar none at the top of their game. I'll admit I had never heard of them before I needed representation so I was a little leery at first but now I can't figure out why I hadn't heard of them. I've seen other firms plastering their faces all over the television and media print who can not hold a candle to Monge & Associates. I couldn't live further from Atlanta without leaving the state of Georgia but that didn't matter to Mr. Monge. He seen a person who needed help and within a day he had someone at my home to consult details with me. That's far superior considering no one make house calls these day's especially the distance I am from Atlanta, Ga. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. S. Monge, Mr. Jay Drew, and Mrs. Janice Smith for all of your hard work. You truly understand the work isn't just the paperwork or the courtroom. Thank you Again Mr. Monge men like you are very scarce these days
