I called Mr Singleton based on his advertisement as a Marty injury attorney, later learning he had won a 25 million dollar settlement against Marta. I'm the victim of very serious MARTA injuries and Mr Singleton is very well aware of these injuries, and my being assailed on Marta him also exclaimi...ng that he's represents negligent security. Singleton revealed to me approximately a month and a half ago that he is in the middle of the an appeal on the $25 million MARTA judgment that could result in him attaining an additional $5 million dollars Singleton stated for me to go to injury finance they made a claim on legal telephone recordation that I was asking them to commit a fraud which I never did never even hinted at: I want to know the terms of their contract with treating physicians. Singleton declared we could use his lien, twice, then he sent me back to injury finance then he said we can use his lien; Singleton flipped four times; I do not have family and I am significantly injured working as a V Corona Virus Examiner at a major Atlanta area courthouse and Singleton knows this. Using Care Connect, they connected with Atlanta Medical Center they drug me also the same as injury finance: Singleton approved of them. I made it cleat I am documented to have complex regional pain syndrome type 1 and have never sought opiates at any time during the last 10 years per documentation and I've had three clean urine tests in the past year. and stated I would be willing to take tests now a non-prescriber with ortho sports and spine who don't approved refused opiates prior to our meeting: I describe my pain as on the McGill pain scale (0 to 50 and above). Singleton glip-flopping between finance and his liens I am now at least an additional 2 months out from specialist care: after dismissing Singleton for cause, he declares 'I'm at the emergency room with my son and I will not text you any more call me in the morning.' Do not ever have a phone conversation with a lawyer unless you have a recorder running (legal in Georgia). An absolute user and money maniac a user of the injured and complete jerk. when I met him he was very kind and nice I think he's got problems I won't say where they are but Don if you don't like what I'm saying I've got the papers I've got the text I've got the messages I've got the records, but I sure don't have any medical care because of you and your going back and forth with me four times between injury financing and liens and you know I work at a courthouse: You know I'm already going to sue you and if you want to go on to court that's fine but right now I want 2.5 million dollars USD at once. I do not recommend Don Singleton, go elsewhere. and please don't I hope you don't have your friends get on this and make you look good and I hope you don't write to them but as of right now you have physically harmed me and you owe me two and a half million dollars your share of that $25 million settlement and I want your portion of that additional 5 million you're expecting as well.
