The Best Criminal Defense Lawyer in the State of Georgia!

Jay is an extremely passionate attorney. He took on my brother's case with great vigor and tenacity. While he isn't the best at communicating, he is a fighter and he will go to war for his client. You have to see him at work. He is a beast in the courtroom. His assistant, Ally, definitely balances hi...m out. In instances, where Jay was unable to get through to us, she would empathetically step in and calmly explain the situation to our understanding. All in all, we really appreciate all of the diligence that Jay and his team put into helping my brother. More importantly, my family and I are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Excellent job!!!

Mr. Abt and his staff took the time to research my daughter's case and was able to have her charges dismissed. He kept her from having to serve any jail time. I highly recommend this firm. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for."

Jay Abt is THE MAN!

Going into court I was terrified that I would lose my license, go back to jail, and subsequently lose my job. Mr. Abt was amazing in my DUI case! He walked into the courtroom confidently and worked aggressively to get me NO JAIL TIME and the ability to continue to drive! ( As a matter of fact, I drov...e to work the very next day!) He was very thorough, and ensured that I fully understood all of my options before entering a plea. He showed great compassion and a genuine realness that's hard to come by with lawyers. I wish I had hired him earlier in the process because he was truly phenomenal!

The best!

Jay had my best interest in mind from the moment I met with him through the months that we worked together. He WILL work for you and will use his extensive knowledge of the legal system to get you the best outcome. Listen to him, trust his advice, and do what he says.
